Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love your OMNI ELITE items as much as we do but we understand that sometimes there may be a need to return or exchange an item.
To process a return please visit our contact page and enter your details. Be sure to add order number, return item/s name and reason for return. Our return team will review your request and be in contact within 24-48 hours.
From when your return parcel is received at our warehouse, please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be finalised. Please note, we do not issue refunds or store credits for non faulty items or change of mind purchases. A store credit will only be provided once we receive returned item/s to our warehouse.
Your store credit will allow you to purchase the same item or another item from our website to the value of the original returned item/s price. Anything greater than the store credit will be out of your own expense. PLEASE NOTE shipping costs are not included in your store credit.
You have a 7 day window from receiving your item/s to processing a return claim. This 7 day policy gives you plenty of time to inspect item and make contact with our team. We do not offer exchanges or store credits if item is said to be faulty and is not once returned.
*Please note: When making a return, we suggest using standard, regular post as it will be the most cost affective option for you. Customers are required to keep all relevant return information, including return tracking number, in case any issues arise. Unfortunately if the package is lost wile being returned to us, Omni Elite is NOT at fault.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item/s must be unused, unwashed and in brand new condition.
- All tags must still be in tact
- Any garments with significant odours, blemishes, signs of wear and tear or covered in dust/hair will not be accepted.
- Items in our sale tab cannot be returned as they are part of our final clearance. So please be careful when selecting style and sizing as no credit note will be issued in exchange for these items.
- Unfortunately items outside of our 7 day return period cannot be returned.

All items that have been returned will be inspected thoroughly checking that customer has followed all eligible requirements before taking action.
Please note: All shipping return costs are at the customers expense. If the return doesn't meet our eligible requirements, the customer will be contacted with another solution e.g. return item back to sender at own expense or dispose item. If the customer has contacted our Customer Service Team and we came to a conclusion that the item is found faulty with enough photo evidence, this is when Omni Elite will cover the return shipping costs. We are not the couriers and cannot be held liable for any costs which are incurred while using their services. All returns will be shipped back to our only warehouse in Maitland, Australia.
